Wildlife Removal FAQ

What to do first, what starting prices mean, where we work, and why removal and exclusion are separate steps.

Before service

The Questions Homeowners Ask First

Do not wait for perfect animal identification. A description of the noise, timing, smell, digging, or location is a useful place to start.

How fast can you respond?

Same-day service may be possible when the route and job conditions allow. Call with the animal, location, and city for the fastest answer.

Do you work across all of Oklahoma?

No. NO VACANCY is focused on the Oklahoma City metro, generally from Norman to Edmond and Yukon to Choctaw.

Are your prices final quotes?

They are starting prices for standard residential jobs. Access, safety, trap count, repair scope, and site conditions can change the final quote.

Do you offer monthly pest-control plans?

No pushy monthly plan is required. We focus on the immediate wildlife problem and practical exclusion options.

Should I seal the opening before you arrive?

Usually not. Sealing an active opening can trap wildlife inside. Call first so the timing can be planned correctly.

What information helps when I call?

Your city, where the activity is happening, the time of day, what you heard or smelled, and any safe photo of the animal or damage.

Do you remove wildlife from every wall void?

Access matters. Some finished wall or ceiling areas may require separate opening or repair work before a source can be reached.

Is trapping the same as exclusion?

No. Trapping or removal addresses the current animal. Exclusion repairs or reinforces the opening that allowed access.

Can I get a custom repair quote?

Yes. Exclusion and entry-point repair are quoted by the job after the relevant openings and access conditions are understood.
