Do not reach into an opening, enter a confined attic or crawlspace, handle droppings, or seal an opening just to answer a question. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Do I need a photograph?
No. Location, timing, sound, odor, and damage are enough to begin. Never approach wildlife or enter an unsafe area to get a photograph.
Will my answers be saved?
Answers remain on your device unless you choose to submit them with a service request. The tool does not require an account.
Should I seal an opening after using the tool?
Not while an animal may still be inside. Sealing an active opening can trap wildlife within the structure.
What if the result is wrong?
